View Full Version : Great protein shake for fruit lovers

I've discovered a great tasting protein shake for fruit lovers that's pretty easy to make. Kroger sells (in the frozen fruit section) this fruit blend for smoothies. That is what it is called on the package. It has pineapple, mango, and strawberries in it. Here's how I made my shake and it was YUMMY!

Skim milk
2 scoop Nlarge2 Vanilla flavored
Some of the frozen fruit

Good stuff and really easy to make.

me 2 ryu i eat it up with a spoon! now what can be better for ya on a bulk with a tall glass of cold milk! actually that's what i'm having right at this moment:)

These guys turned me onto natty pb and I can't get enough of that stuff. I probably go through a jar or two a week. Is it bad to eat that much natty pb? I eat the Smuckers low-fat natty pb.

i can't get enough of it i go through 3 jars a week :)

why low fat... you are eating pb for its fat not to mention they replace the cals with carbs (malto)

Amen again, haha. The whole reason you're eating pb (other than it tastes delicious) is for the fat. That's like buying low-carb oats or low-protein chicken.

I really enjoy natty peanut butter in my chocalate shakes and frozen strawberries in my vanilla shakes.

I just keep a glass of water beside me. I chug my shake (milk, protein, olive oil) whiple plugging my nose, and then wash it down with water before it can taste like ****.

But I guess this method works too :D
