On somedays I find myself sitting an hour before bed, and I have like 1000 cals to reach my daily goal.

Is it ok to eat 1 cup of unsalted, unseasoned peanuts to catch up a bit? 960 cals, 72g fat, 30g carbs, 36g protein.

Depends how the rest of your diet looks. I'd say yes, as long as you don't already have upwards of 100-150g fat in your diet from earlier in the day.

i eat almonds and peanuts as my late night snack

Yup, I eat almonds to make up the cals. Usually it's only a hundred or so though, perhaps you should work on getting more cals in earlier in the day :)

Vido, nope after the 72g of fat from the peanuts I'm at about 150-160g fat usually. This is on a 4200 cal diet.

:confused: Are you telling him to eat regular, as opposed to unsalted peanuts? Sorry, I just didn't see the relevance in your post.

if he had left out the term unsalted then it wouldn't be relevant

I'd make a mama jama protien shake. Milk, ice, protien poweder, egg whites, olive oil, and some cottage cheese. Drink up!

Considering you weigh 160lbs, I'd say eat 2 cups. :D

Hey thank's for the help, I'm taking more shake earlier in the day so now all I need is .5 cups to catch up :D
