Tuna plus scrambled eggs..

2 eggs

i scrambled 2 eggs cooked it in a pan... after it is fully cooked,
i opened a can of white albacore tuna and put it in the pan as well and cooked it... for probably a minute.. not very long at all..
i ate it just like that
it was really tasty..
very very low budget and lots of protein.. low carb.. low fat..
if u want u can put some seasoning on it to make it yummier.

FOund this at work:

get a $.99 side salad at your local burger whatever, get the fat free italian dressing, and add a can of tuna. Go ahead, splurge, get the albacore. Make the three and for about$2, you've got a pretty good meal.
