Thanks for the replies so far. My goals are simple, to pack on mass while maintaining symmetry and a lw bodyfat. In particular id like to add a few inches to my chest, so if anyone can suggest a good chest routine for a chronic non-responder id be grateful. Thanks again.

For years, I did regular barbell and dumbbell benches and inclines and nothing but minimal pec growth and an aggravated left shoulder. Then, one day I set up a routine that used the Smith Incline (set at around 30 degrees, not 45). Then, within a couple months, my pecs started ballooning, and now they're my best bodypart. Go figure.

Everyone's different and it may not work for you, but might be worth a try. I also don't take the bar till it touches my chest; I only take it till my upper arms break parallel to the floor. If I lower it to my chest, it shifts too much to my delts and tri's (and I have to watch the shoulder).

If you want a bigger chest you need to eat more.

Upper body looks pretty solid, however.
