stats 164LBS, 5'7.5" Roughly 5 months of lifting. Where are my weak points?(I think chest), any comments, suggestions or criticism welcome.

Excellent job so far, just keep doing what your doing because you are making improvements and thats all that matters!

nicee results man for jsut 5 months how much have u increased in terms of weight? or decrease?? ur progress takes me back to when i first started lookin good man

I think that lats and arms might need more work than the chest, but really kickass improvement overall. Keep doing what you're doing and everything ought to fall into place.

You're physique looks alot like mine, but you probably have a decent amount of more BF than me.
You look ALOT better, keep at it!

started at 144lbs 4 months ago(120 2 years ago).... jumped up in weight too fast at first due to diet hence the extra body fat.... now i got that under control gains are steady .5-.75 lbs per week for last month or so.....
My arms are my worst nightmare... they don't respond well... This week i Started a pyramid routine on them so hopefully I can start getting them grwoing.....

My arms (and everything else) started growing better when I started hitting everything twice a week- two upper days and two lower days. I rely on my back and chest exercises to build my arms- no direct work, just big compound chest moves and big compound back moves.
