Is it bad to do cardio on the same day that you're working out your legs? Say I worked out in the morning, then ran on a tredmill for 25 minutes later in the evening...ok? Or should I avoid this

Doing cardio on leg days?

Personally?

Hell no. I'm lucky if I can walk after leg days.

if you're able to do cardio on a leg day then you're not workin hard enuff on your legs. Nuff said.

I do cardio on leg days. There is such a thing as doing cardio BEFORE a workout. You just can't lift as much weight then. You still get the same intensity though.

Ideally you shouldn't do cardio b4 a workout if your goal is to build and grow muscle since, as you pointed out, you can't lift as much weight. Btw if that pic in your avatar is updated it doesn't look like u need cardio at all.

I do cardio on leg days and it sucks but at the same time is amazing, I can barely make it up the stairs to the track, and it takes me about 20 minutes to run two miles, but the burn is good.

a burn is meaningless. What's your goal, to get a burn or to grow muscle?

You can get a nice burn by holding a couple of 2.5lb plates, extending your arms, and making small circles.

Hell... you could get a burn doing that without the plates.

I ALWAYS do cardio, however, it's low-intensity. I can't run or climb, so it's a 4mph walk.
Then two rest days... even then, DOMS often makes running hard the 3rd day.
