I got this from a friend who's competing on National level.
I wonder is it good?
7:55 1-Protein/Fat
9:30 2-Protein/Fat

4:25 5-Protein/Carbs (PreWorkout meal)
5:30 Workout
6:35 6-Protein/Carbs (PostWorkout Shake)

so if i eat like that will I become a bodybuilder?
Looks fine to me, but it doesn't mean it's better than any other diet.

No,its a Diet that come from a friend who compete at national level.I just wanted to know what you guys think
How big is the guy? That's not really very many calories.
I also find it odd that he has 5 protein/FAT meals, yet he only totals 90g of fat for the day. How is cottage cheese a protein/fat meal?
The diet is incredibly clean, so I wouldn't knock him for it, but I'm not going to say I haven't seen better either.
