all muscle boys around! i was the only female there it was funny! :p
we did well! :)

Damn those leg presses are impressive. Would you say that leg press is an easy or hard machine? (In terms of angle, resistance etc.)
In any case, that's still impressive.

i currently train at the Y and i'm kinda bored there! this one is a 10 min walk from home and on blades would take me 5 mins maybe less!

I have some good GPP for you.
a) Fly down to Toronto holding 20lb dumbells.
b) Grab my grocery list from my fridge.
c) Run to Loblaws and complete the groceries in under 10 minutes.
d) Run back with my groceries and unpack them, nude.
I definitely think you have the strength to complete this. ;)

Bench looks great. Work the tris heavy and the bench will follow :)

Well, that's good to hear. I'm sure your bench WILL soar...my wrist used to hurt a while ago, but it's fine now. I know that they can really limit how much weight you can hold on to.
