thanks Risk, my unweighted squats and leg presss was a warm up for my lunges ;)
mouth is feeling weird plus the antibiotics are strong i feel nauesous at times
Damned infections.
Hope this clears up fast, Sylvia. You're one tough cookie, still making it into the gym :)

Why can't you ingest dairy, Sylvia? My GP has told me on prior antibotic runs to make sure that I ingest some yougurt or another form of healthy bacteria. Antibotics kill some of the good with the bad.

Not really a big deal, just normally helps. Wash with salt water or listerine at night if you have the infection in your gums. I had dry socket when I had my wisdom teeth extracted - I know the discomfort. Feel better soon. :thumbup:

You can't compare your strength right now with what you had pre-surgery and pre-ilness. Your bench will come back up. As for the squats and SLDL's, well..... you're still out-squatting me :(

Sorry to hear about the mouth thing. I hate anything dealing with teeth/mouth/etc. It inevitably affects the eating habits :( Hope you're feeling better. Nice looking T-Bars a few days back and the squats are looking strong!

monkey bars/chinups/climbing/jumps,they have a ramp for skateboarding so i attempted with my blades i got a little scared i'd fly off !so just got off that and took a few spins around the park

though a month ago I met someone who lives in Madrid (he has a pied-a-terre in NYC and flies here frequently), and rode a motorcycle for the first time in my life. after the third time, well...let's just say that I'm not as scared now as I was the first time. we were flying through the streets of New York and I was thinking, holy ****. well, if I go, at least it was a thrill.

You should aim higher than that, IMO.
You're already hitting 165x5, so hitting 200 for a single shouldn't be too far off.
With some coaching and focused PL-style training I betcha you could hit 315 for a single before the end of the year.

oh, i met someone today well i've seen him train before we started talking and he's been watching me train and all, he used to compete in powerlifting, he told me i got great potential in taking my training further cool :D, we didn't continue the convo further as i was up to my head in work but i'm sure we'll chat again

Damn fine benching and rowing. Those are fine numbers for anyone. I think you should try the PL thing. It's mucho fun and if you compete it's even better! I think you'd do awesome esp. considering you've already got a great base to begin with.

so, i finally convinced my mother to join the gym, she has her first session with me tomorrow morning,she'll do well, she's very active and used to play soccer in her early days.She loves doing things outdoors, so we'll be playing in the park as well,i'll be gebtle with her :D

150 wall ball shots with a medicine ball at least shoot the ball 8 feet high towards the wall catching it in a squat and up again, i hope i explained it correctly, my head is not all here today :p

If it is just allergies go with claritin as drew mentioned, but if you are seriously congested as well try allegra-D, it works wonders for me.

Take something different. Claritin D for OTC. If you go to the doc, try Singulair combined with a decongestant.
