Did some thrusters,push presses,dips and chins and after played ball oudoors with some folks.It's a gorgeous day,cold though.

Oh I trust you, I do them for 3 week speed cycles. I attribute ALL of my quad growth to them, and all of my glutes and hammies to heavy sumo. Speaking of which I'm massaging the hell out of my glutes with a novelty large tennis ball, this kicks a foam rollers ass!

Yeah.. I whine too when I HAVE to workout early... especially if it's a Leg or back day. I go along with the experts, like McGill, who say heavy "spine" workouts shouldn't be done within 3-4 hours of waking. Something about all that gas between the joints and spinal erectors...
