get this hun this is so funny i was getting ready this morning and my sister left behind some of my nieces baby food in powder form and i was half awake and it looked exactly like my protein powder so i just put 2 scoops in my shaker and had that after my workout didn't mix very well but tasted so good way to go baby food :p

Have you tried the Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard? It's the one with chocolate ice cream, cookie bits, caramel and hot fudge. They sprinkle the top with pecans as well, therefore it counts as a serving of protein, right?

i was using them for awhile then my wrist was feeling better and i stopped using them i think the problem has gone a little further now as my forearm hurts as well, thanks MM! I'm going to see if i can get it checked this week.

dunno Nick! it's not like i've been going real heavy on anything! it's just a problem i've had for awhile and it's getting worse :( bah! i think teh bench is out of the question for now :cry:
Damn, that sounds like it's wierd and frustrating because you don't know where it's coming from. I hope you feel better soon. Is it only bench that it hurts on? I don't do CG because it hurts the tendons in my forearms and wrist. Do you bench CG or at least fairly narrow?

i don't do CG at all nick it was coming to me i loaded alot of weight and wasn't careful so after a few reps i felt it and that was awhile back
That's probably what did it, don't ya think? Heck, just lay off a couple of days (like I need to be telling you this :D ) whenever I get a grip and try to do an exercise any narrower than shoulders, it kills.

GF sorry to hear about the wrist. I bothered my wrist a few months back using my captain of crush, still hurts everytime I do a heavy back session. Best to rest it up!

I find that closegrip hurts my wrists too... but I've also found that by going only 6inches in from my normal grip on each side works my triceps great and puts nearly no stress on the wrists.
Sorry to hear about the injury, good luck with the 'rehab'. :thumbup: Thing's will turn around in no time for ya, just lay off for a couple weeks. :)

I mostly live off 1% milk, Yoplait, oats, unsalted peanuts, cereal, clif bars and chicken and/or pasta, but I also tend to have the occasional half a pizza and whenever the mood strikes me. Not addicted to DQ, though. My thing is Evo Bubble Tea House slushes. Mmmmm.

I had that pizookie from BJ's with my friends...it's so good! My friend actually chipped a tooth eating it...and he swallowed that part of his tooth lol.
Anyway, GF, nice back session. Nice rows and I've never seen a girl do chinups. It just makes it more amazing when they do. And not to mention you can do more than me!
