Decided to start up on a journal i know it's about time!lol! over 1000 posts and no journal (shame on me) LOL!
I'll start posting my workouts coming this monday weekends i usually rest or do cardio and over eat LOL!
DIET: vegetarian don't really keep track of my calorie intake that much as my diet is clean except when my mother tempts me with her cheesecake lol!

yup cardio will come tomorrow it's snowing out here and very icy so i'll hit a spinning class tomorrow! and as overeating i'm such a good girl all week i need a little treat on the wknds maybe a chinese buffet today hummmm!

Lifts aren't bad at all, due to injuries you beat my bench and squat, but my deadlift is double yours?!?!?!
I'm just curious why your deadlift is so much lower than your squat.
I thought most people would have those two exercises more closer together.

ya i know i don't put that much effort on deads but i will! i've done some damage in the past but will start adding the weight :)

ok well was going to go for my spinning class today but my training partner called me last night and asked if i wanted to play hockey woot? ha! i've never played hockey in my life but will give it a go it's in some indoor arena mind you not on skates lol! we're going to run about i just told him how on earth am i gonna play hockey when i don't even know he said just grab the hockey stick and run after the buck and smash into people so that could be fun lol!

got back from my attempt to become a hockey player lol! it was crazy i ended up running like a mad woman chasing a puck for a solid 45 mins! getting smashed around by a bunch of very crazy guys it was fun tho! i was drenched after 15 mins of running up and down
so i'm thinking i'll give it a go again in the future that's my cardio for today!:)

I should be ashamed of myself. This is the first time I've made my way in your journal. Well I was hoping that your bench was the only thing even remotely close to mine. Apparently I was sadly mistaken. Your back and shoulders seem to be just as strong as mine. DAMMIT!!!! It's a sad sad thing when my motivation is to truley not get beat by a girl. Good job GF.

i'm so happy that i got a chance to sleep in a little today besides got up at 3:45 am out of habit ate my first meal and went back to bed woke up at 6 am i only have my first client at 8

BODY PUMP wow that was a crazy cardio session i was drenched but love it! i felt so pumped up wanted to go up to the gym and pound some more but rest is the key;)

leg day looks strong to me. I saw a woman squatting 225 in the gym the other day, and it made me think of your strength levels. Squats supersetted with leg extensions sounds intense!

yah ive been up awhile... I think I have some form of insomnia will have to see a dr sometime =\ hell probably just gimme more drugs though blegh. I dunno if I am gonna do cardio today I was thinking of taking a complete day off for once but I might do HIIT just so I dont feel like im not doing anything productive for the day hehe. I hate feeling like a slug.
