has anyone noticed that on a 6oz can of tuna it says a serving is 56g drained, and says that there is 2.5 servings in a can, coming out to 165, however... after draining if you weigh it, its only around 100g. What should i use? 100g? or 165? Seems like ive been miscalculating my macros lately.

yes, after i weigh mines, i'm lucky enough to get 112grams if i dont pick out the odd colored pieces, Those tuna bastards are ripping us off .5 of a serving!, Use the 100g, or basically, count what you eat. It says 56 grams drains (dont ring the thing out) but measure that much, and use that number in your macros. If you manage to get 112 grams, your getting 120 cal, 26 gram protein ( if your using water packed, chunk light tuna)

guess I should start using about 2 cans then, thanks for the reply
