Hey guys, help a newb out? I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer to my question.
I'm 24, 6'2, and only 160 pounds. I've lifted off and on in the last five years, but never longer than about six months due to various reasons. Anyway, i'm getting into it again, and bought some multivitamins and weight gainer (I know this is no substitute for whole foods and a good routine). Problem is, I've never used weight gainer before, and I'm not sure how to "load" it to get my system used to it. How much/how frequently do I need to do this to get started, and what cycles should I do (I understand I shouldn't use it all the time). I bought Prolab's N-Large 2. Any advice is appreciated.
