if you are already eating everything you can and not gaining weight go ahead and eat a little now and then to get the calories up, otherwise dont use bulking as a means to justify eating crap, but at your weight and height... you may look like you need to eat a whole lotta food :)

thanks ryuage

i did something really silly last year i was actually 15 stone = 210lb!!!!!!!!!!

i was really fat, i mean i was depressed with myself and i went on a crash diet and although i look and feel much better now my parents and close friends are like what the ****.. you look really skinny... ive started weightlifting and losing 3 stones in a year isnt very healthy i know, so eventhough i got a girl and everything now, i gotta get heavier and put on the muscle!!

Not bad, but I would throw in some slow burning carbs more throughout the day. For example, instead of 2 yogurts for breakfast have one, but a bowl of oats as well. Try to include some rice or more oatmeal in your tuna meals. Remember, foods work best in certain combinations. The ice cream isnt a bad idea for a bulking food, but I would either do it in small quantities here and there throughout the day rather than one big shot that stuffs you and fills you up so that your not hungry 2.5-3 hours later. Good luck!

Good luck with the muscle building mate, if you put the same dedication into it as you did with the weight loss I can't see you having any problems getting to a point than you are more than happy with

i agree wit 1r15h that if u put the same effort to lose weight as u do wit gaining it back with more muscle then u won't have a problem...and ice cream isn't too bad for bulking but keep it in moderation...

yeah man i used to eat a tub in the morning for breakfast, at first because i fancied it and it was after 10 weeks of eating like a hamster it just became a habit, didn't do no harm, didn't do no good either but I was bumming around the house playing counterstrike so it became my best friend

I'd add in some quick carbs to replenish my body's stores after the game.
Then protein

It's been a LONG time since I've been to Safeway and purchased one of those generic 4L buckets of vanilla ice cream :drooling:

One of these days Vido, I should challenge you to an all-out binge fest. I seriously think I could give you a run for your money.

You could probably use more food, especially if you are playing soccer.

It's true. I must have been averaging 5-6K cals/day when I played soccer, and I was a lot smaller then than am I now.

You're eating very little protein...and total calories for that matter.

1 egg? How do you even do that? The minimum I eat is 6, and that's assuming I'm having a bunch of stuff with them.

I'll go meal by meal:

8:30am: Not nearly enough food, period. You need more of everything here: protein: carbs, fat.

11:15am: ok, but substitute some kind of whole grain bread for the white

1pm: This meal is quite poor. The banana is basically the only thing that looks decent.

3:50pm: Try eating closer to the end of your workout, protein + carbs

4:30pm: Again with the 1 egg. Seriously, I don't know how you do that. I guess you ARE the guy who's ony eating 1/4 tub of haagen dazs.

8pm: looks good

Next meal: What time do you go to bed? Unless it's 9pm or earlier, you should be eating another meal in there before you hit the sack.

8:30: 2 eggs.. lol 1 glass whole milk

11:10.. Tuna and sweetcorn sanwhich with wholemeal bread and nutrigrain bar apple

2pm.. chicken with 2 indian cooked chapatti..(bread)

4pm.. half tub bounty ice-cream mango..

6:45 pm cheese sandwich with butter on wholemeal bread

8pm.. going to eat some take--away rice with veggies and curry sauce

sleep at 10pm

8:30am: Getting better, I'm still waiting to 6 eggs in this meal.

11:10am: looks good

2pm: good

4pm: lol, ice cream isn't really a meal, but apparently you love it so...

6:45pm: Good choice of bread, sandwich needs meat, ditch the butter (use another condiment if you'd like)

8pm: protein?

You should eat a little closer to bedtime. Your body is fasting the entire time you sleep, it needs food in there...also another reason why your breakfast should be bigger.

Overall, better today, but still needs fine-tuning.
