Nice job, noticed you had some side stomach fat.. Did you get rid of that, I am having a HELL OF A TIME getting rid of mine on this cut. I have dropped from 199 to 177, and still have them. I am seeing a slight six pack, but still have the belly fat and sides. Not as much, but damn, what does a guy have to do to get rid of it LOL

Booyah! Get down to 210 without losing much more muscle and you'll be sportin a wikkid 6pack. :D

Keep on the PSMF, once you get down to around 13-15% you'll notice the fat starts going quicker & quicker!

thanks man...yeah the first goal of 225 is 7 pounds away and i am dropping 3 to 4 a day so i think i can hit 225 before the next refeed. THanks for your support :)

Arms look lean as hell actually. Chest is coming out alot more now. Everything is looking better, ofcourse the midsection is still not quite small but that is where most males lose fat last.

On your question- I notice it slightly in the most muscular pose. It may just be a placebo since you mentioned it, but it does look a little more "prevalent", is the word that comes to mind.

Yep, I think you might be right. Whether or not it's increased thickness, or decreased fat I can't be sure, but I would hazard a guess at the latter, given the rate at which you're losing weight.

I really noticed that your sides have shrunken from photo to photo though, well done. Makes me feel like I need to step up my game :)

thanks man...you are doing damn well yourself too bro...i still got a ton to lose in the midsection...i may try to go over a week without the refeed and see if i can knock this thing out a little quicker. I am not sure if i can go over a week on this bastard of a diet though without a refeed though lol

Yeah, I too have thought about continuing on without the refeed, but I guess it would make each successive week more hellish during the workouts, and to be honest it makes the weekend much easier to survive with family and kids not having to worry about sticking to a low card diet.

But that's me. If you can do then it might be worth a try, but with that said you are doing a fantastic job, it just takes time :)

organichcu: hey...not too sure the scale at the house is messed up...mass building went ok i added some muscle...but i did not stay as strict as i wanted so i gained some fat also...i am going to cut down to what i would have done before...210-200 maybe even 190 then i know i can bulk for a while without fear

I will be getting a bf test done by the same pt that has done my other tests.

I honestly can't see any difference Big Dawg. Perhaps you need to switch up diets for a bit and then switch back to PSMF. Maybe you've been using it too long. You seemed to be making good progress a while back so it could just be that you need to mix things up a bit.

As far as taking criticism goes it doesn't really appear that anyone posts anything on this board ready to accept negative opinions. With anything in life, hearing nothing but positive feedback slows progression. It's impossible to improve if all you hear is "good job", "amazing work", etc. This isn't only directed at you Big Dawg as most people on this board seem really sensitive about negative feedback.

Did you start on UD2 yet? You'll probably love it after all that PSMF-ing. The first half of the week sucks balls (probably it aint' **** compared to PSMF though), but when you get to stuff your face and you get that big ol' endogenous anabolic surge you feel all big and angry and bitchy and it's TONS OF FUN. I mean it- I'm really not being sarcastic. I definitely lost fat and gained some muscle on it.

Next time I try to cut, I'm going UD2 like a mofo.
