For those of you who still like to have a soda once in a while
but don't want all the sugars and/or aspartame with it...try this.
Buy some club soda and your friut of choice ( I like using oranges, lemons,
or limes). Simply squeeze some fresh fruit juice into a glass of club soda,to
flavor it well. Then you'll have a soft drink with very few calories, or
carbs, except of course for the added fresh fruit juice.
It has quite a different taste from any standard cola, but once you get used
to it, it's not bad at all.
