For some, this may be a stupid question and seemingly useless, but bear with me for a sec.

Everyday I wake up I look somewhat different, obviously. If I don't have enough sleep, I have rings etc. However, I was always one that would get very chubby cheeks, even though I have a considerably small frame and quite skinny. All the fat seems to concenrate at the stomach and the cheeks (AHH! :swear: ) but there are days when they would be completely not there.

Now does this only happen to me? or are there others who experiance this. I'm guessing it's something to do with the diet the day before, or maybe the amount of exercise. Or probably it's all three : sleep, diet, exericise. Anyways, anyone have any tips to eliminate or at least minimize this problem?

something along the lines of excessive sodium causing water retention, (makes you look bloated) or lack of sleep?

Sodium + total amount of cals the day before is my best guess.
