View Full Version : Hunger and Leg Day

Every Thursday at work I am much hungrier than any other day of the week. Wednesday is leg day, so I can only assume that it is because my legs are demanding so much more fuel.

Each workout day I bring 3 bananas, 3 apples, 200 g of tuna and a sandwich, along with my lunch, to work. So far this morning I have had to devour all the fruit along with half my tuna and I'm still hungry!

Anyone got any comments on this?

Is it normal to be more hungry on the day after leg day, than any other workout day?

there is no "normal" if you are hungrier after leg day then you are hungrier after leg day... what are you trying to accomplish here?

Look Ryage, thanks for replying and all. But I do think I'd made this pretty simple and clear to understand. Apparantly not.

OK, let me try and put it a different way: Does anyone else find that they are hungrier the day after working their legs? Or is it just me? What about you Ryage, do you get hungrier after leg day?

I am equally hungry everyday.

The only thing your muslces will be begging for the day after is protein and lots of it.

i'm hungry everyday, all the time ,leg day, chest day whatever day i NEED TO EAT!

I am typically hungrier after my leg day. I have found, however, that I can solve this problem by eating. :p

Amen. I have already consumed my bag full of food for the day, plus some. It's great!
