How should I warm-up and cool down? How long should it be? What exercises?

i never warm up.. but I think its something like a few minutes (5 or so) on a treadmill at a slight jog or whatever u feel comfortable with. You could do a bike also.

I like to do the specific exercise I plan on doing in my workout for about 6 light reps, then gradually build up to my working sets as a warm up.

Some kind of dynamic warm-up, be it calisthenics or w. the bar. No slow static stretching before lifting!
