I am looking into sorting out my diet and want to asses my bodyfat percentage so I can then work out how many calories I need based on how many pounds of lean muscle Vs. bodyfat I have. This is as per an article I read on here recently.
Anyway I was just wondering if anyone does this or uses bodyfat scales on a regular basis to monitor their precentages. I'm still up in the air about the accuracy of these and seeing as it will be the basis for my new calorie intake I am trying to get some info before going for it.
I've read a few articles and they don't reveal much really. If anyone currently uses this stuff and can drop some advice it would be appreciated.
