hey guys i really need help, im 14 and i weigh around 110 i really want to put on weight but i am limited pretty much this is what i have

pretty much every fruit
Oatmeal
Whey protein
eggs
ice cream
rice
meats
flax seed oil
tuna


im just wondering out of those what should i use? i am looking to put on weight. please help!!!!1

If you're wanting to gain, eat the f*ck out of everything you listed and more. Ice cream isn't ideal, but if you're needing calories, it's a source of them at least. Also, you didn't specify what kind of rice. Brown rice is definitely preferred over white, but it won't make or break you.
