Hey whats up? My name is Aaron, and I have weightlifted hardcore for about four months now. I finally decided to come out of the hole and show some pics. I wouldn't be where im at right now if it wasn't for this forum! You guys rock! I will start a Journal as soon as Im ready. It will contain more details about my stats, workout and diet. But for now, I just want some of your opinions. Constructive criticism is a must. Bash me with all you've got. Give me an estimated body fat % if possible. The pics are terrible quality. I will post higher quality pics as soon as I fix the better digital camera. I don't have any leg pics yet, but they will come soon. I appreciate your help. Peace out.

I guess I should have been more detailed with my introduction. I am 19, and currently working with my father. Reposession/Towing industry. Bodybuilding is my biggest hobby right now. I also like music, video-games, football and chillin with my lil bro. Peace out.

here is the simplest way to resize your pics. if you are on win xp, install this http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe
from then on, you can just right click on the imgae and resize it.
it gives you the standard options and you cannot specify your own size .

Don't be offended but you look as though you have a little more fat...so my suggestion is put some running into your workout..that's my opinion though..you don't really have to take it.
Good luck..you look like you have a good size though.

trimming down will come soon your at the age it will happen almost naturally. arms look really good

TTT: I will try to get some up today.
ryuage: My house. lol. I have a good setup. 2 barbells, one is olympic. 4 dumb-bells, one olympic bench, two machines and about 500lbs of weights. Where do you workout at? Its nice to see someone in the area.
structure: I do need more cardio because im cutting right now. But my arms would still be close to 16 inces if I was around 10 % BF. :-) Thanks for the criticism.

I workout on post or at the spa... but starting next week will workout on post or at the new golds gym opening up down here on bragg blvd in the sycamore square I believe it is.

Wow they are opening a Golds Gym. Sweet! Once I generate some income, im gonna have to check it out.

Thick arms, solid back, huge shoulders too. I'd say weak points are your chest, but that's it. Show some pics of your legs so we can evaluate more. Drop some bodyfat and you'll look massive. Keep up the good work! :thumbup:
