Hi, I'm new here and just wanted to say Hello. Well I have been working out for the past year and have realised I wasn't gaining any muscle because I was not eating properly + wasnt working out properly. I have lost about 70 lbs so far through dieting and exercise. Ok so after going through this whole site in and out I don't know if I should do a bulking phase or a cutting phase. Check out these pics and tell me (took a lot of guts to do this so dont hate on me )

So should I bulk or cut? And how much do you think my bodyfat is? My gym doesnt do bodyfat tests. Thanks

definitely try and pack on some muscle... if you cut I dont think youll be to happy with the results.

well of course u can cut, but as ryuage said i dont think youll be happy with your results. Your pretty skinny just have some fat over what you have. So if you cut youll be one of those guys with rail arms/body and a sick pack. This is wannabeBIG forums....bulk and get big!

if you cut you'll look anerexic, you should try to bulk as cleanly as possible for a least a few months then take it from there.

i reccomend u do a slow bulk..you dont wanna pack on too much fat at once....also wuts ur workout like? how long have u been lifting...pack on some muslce and get urself good form with all the exercises..then start packing on the food...wiht like 100 calorie increase every 2 weeks thast should help...then when u pack on at least 15lbs...do a cut...and see how u get...and if u want more muscle then u bulk again...but this time u know wut to do and you have muslce already to s tart with....i agree if u cut now ull look anerexic like those models with no chest and skinny arms and an ugly deformed six pack....i dont think ull want that

How old are you? It appears that you have some mild gyno/pseudo-gyno action kicking.

I'd most definitely try to add some size, but be careful not to overdo it.

What the others have said. Losing 70lbs is a HUGE accomplishment and it shows you have the drive to get yourself whereever you want to be. Definetly bulk, then do your cut and you'll have lots of muscle to show.

Don't know about it being hard and pointy pretty much just looks like when a girl is starting to grow breasts. I've seen something on TV before where some people can't get rid of it and need surgery. Start a proper lifting routine and hopefully it'll go.

Um. Notice this guy's stats:
16 years old
120 pounds

Do not cut. Bulking does a body good. :thumbup:

you can bulk and be healthy. but cutting, you watch your carbs and caloric intake so that you can keep it low enough to lose fat. but you keep your protein intake up enough so as to not lose muscle. personally, i'd just eat right and gain muscle. if you end up getting more fat on you then just cut down on the carbs a little bit. you should be eating mad amounts of chicken ect... just keep it clean. don't cut.

Gyno that needs to be removed are usually hard, and has a little puffiness, and is usually found behind the nipple. I have one, on my right nipple. :(
