nah, i'm just kidding. my name is brad. i am 30yo, 5'9", 175#, ~11BF. i've been training off and on for almost 7 years... graduated highschool at 130#. went to college and never touched a wieght until my senior year... i was 155# by that time. (skinny fat.) anyway, started working out and 9 months later was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia. at that point i was 155# at 8%BF... took a little over 2 years to beat it but i worked out even when i was on chemo and immuno-suppressants. (that **** kills muscle!) now i am doing well and just wanted to show off a little bit, i guess. i play ice hockey and i train for both sport and looks... my goal is 185# at 5%.

You looks great, especially for someone who beat leukemia. Hell, a lot of people who've been perfeclty healthy all their lives and still don't look that good. :strong:

Holy sh!t, I thought you were a smaller version of Homeyield!

Great work, it clearly shows, it doesn't surprise me that you have a great physique, given the fight you had to go through, it shows your determination.

don't know if that was a compliment or not, but i'll take it as one... thanks!

It's definitely a compliment! :)

In case I was unintentionally ambiguous, what I meant was that you're the epitome of everything that the average guy wants to look like, with a solid amount of dedication. Without using steroids, great genes, tons of money, a whole lot of experience or an absolute dedication to the bodybuilder lifestyle, most people can't hope to achieve 220 lbs @ 6% bodyfat.

You have an incredible body, and it's realistic. It's the kind of body that makes me think "hey.. I can do that", but that still makes you drool because it's great looking.

You look good in all 3 photos. Don't know you but I'm glad to hear you beat your illness. That has to take a lot of courage to go through that and come out on top.

thanks.
at the risk of sounding like a "holy roller" i say, "God only gives you what you can handle and He gives it to you for a reason!"
on that note, it wasn't all that bad. rather, it was a blessing... and now i work in the fitness industry and hopefully have influenced 100's of people to change their lives through exercise and nutrition. this is my religion now.
i must admit, i like the "new" me even better!!!

Maybe there is a bodybuilding minister at the Arnold Classic.

He might have a marriage/protein powder combo pack. :D

Anyway, glad you made it to WBB, if you see Will, kick him in the shin for me, and tell him he deadlifts like a girl.
