hi. i was wondering, how the heck did i gain 4 pounds cutting? i am eating 2000 cals a day, my AMR is 2500 cals, so i should be on my way to weight loss. i was eating 3000 cals a day for a while bulking, and making very VERY slow weight gains....all the sudden i drop 1000 calories off my daily caloric intake, and start doing cardio....and shoot up 4 pounds in less than a week! dont get me wrong, i LOVE the weight gain, im just confused by how it was possible. any explanations?
