I've been cutting now for 7 weeks. My bodyfat has dropped from 29% to 19%. Weight from 277 lbs to 248 lbs. This is my diet 7 days a week. 2220 calories. 24% carbs, 60% protein and 16% fat. I train 4 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week for 30 hard min's. My question is can I still build muscles even though I'm in a calorie deficeit?
