I'm going to Cancun for spring break in March. I'm 5'9" and currently 165 lbs. I'm looking to get as lean as possible for my trip.

Should I stop taking creatine?
How many days a week should I lift and how many days should I do cardio?
Is it possible to get as lean as my expectations are in 3 months?
Can I get really cut and keep my weight above 155 lbs.?

Thanks for your help.

it all depends on how much you want it and how dedicated you are

Should I stop taking creatine? Why? Creatine doesn't make you fat. It makes you retain water but theres no reason to stop it until a week or two before hand

Do you already lift? Settle into a good routine. Try out a WBB routine. I wouldn't think cardio is necessary for yourself.

I don't know... what are your expectations? Are they simply "as lean as possible"? If so the answer is no, unless you are already say 9-10% or under.

Your asking questions that are hard to answer given the little information we have. If you are 165 @ 15% then you have a little under 25lbs of fat on you. If you lost 10lbs of fat you would be @ 9% which is fairly lean. If you are 165 @ 20% it's probably not going to happen. If you are 165 @ 12% it can easily happen

Thanks for your help.
