I'm trying to gain weight, and i have a pretty basic diet on my lifting days. Comes out to be around 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fats.
My question is, how should I adjust my diet on noin-lifting days? Should I just keep it the same or lower carbs or something? Thanks.

i just eat the same, on workout days of course i will have pre and post workout nutrition.
so overall non-workout days are generally lower carbs.
