View Full Version : How much protein does this add up to, just an estimate

I need to get 150 + grams of protein a day to get good gains, because im 153ish lb. today I ate

Breakfast: 3 eggs, scrambled, 2 glasses of milk

Lunch: 2 peanut butter sandwhiches, orange, carrots, glass of milk

1 scoop of Whey Protein Shake (16 g's) + milk

Snack
Salmon + cheese and crackers

Dinner
Pork Cutlas

Before bed snack
can of tuna


rougly how much grams of protein does all that add up to?

Go to fitday.com and enter in the foods yourself. Its not that hard.

fitday is wrong, they say each egg had 40 grams of protein... so my breakfast i had 120 grams of protein? I think not..

That doesn't even look like enough food to try and get gains.

It's easy to setup a meal plan in Excel and sum up the results.

Its not a meal plan.. I just wana know how much protein ive had today...

look at the nutrition information on the containers and use a calculator if you can't add it up. if there is not information, you can spend about 5 seconds searching the internet and find approximate values. and if you want to be safe, use a number less than what you find. don't ask us to do your simple math. it would have taken you less time to do it on your own than to write this thread.
