These any good for bodybuilding??? They are tasty & easy to make, if they are compatiable with BB-ing, is 1 can per meal fine for a 170lb guy?

Worst part is the sodium content. If it wasn't for that they'd be pretty good.

Depends what you are doing. If I recall correctly they're loaded with sugar so I wouldn't make them a staple in my diet.

The sugar is somewhat mitigated by the high fibre content. The sodium is inexcusable however :)

1 can of beans per meal? I sure as hell wouldn't want to be anywhere near you after that.

im pretty sly, no-one ever knows

lol, well it's still not the best idea like the other guys have said. Canned foods should always be limited because of the excessive sodium content, and Dirt's right too that those beans have a lot of sugar...that's why they're so delicious.

i have a tin of beans a day (well normally 3/4) cos i have beans on toast purely for the mass of calories. I admit its not the healthiest meal, and almost right away i need to visit the mens room to offload enough fiber to raise a sunken galleon.

but i eat great for the other 4-5 meals and im gaining well.
Btw when u say 1 can per meal, how many meals a day are u eating beans?

because eating beans hinders mineral absorption, so id limit it to 1 mean per day.
