Hello, im a new member. I can bench 150. im 15.
i have tons or work out stuff and i work out with my dad. he is very strong. he can dead lift 500. he's 34. Anyhow, i was wondering what foods i could eat to gain muscle fast or to just help gain muscle overall. I lift all the time for about 45-1 hour a day. on fridays i just run. i weigh 170. basically my question is, what foods should i eat for the best muscle gain results.

i like this kid. good sentance structure. subject verb NOUN. bam. just like that.. no uncessary adverbs or anything.
