so heres the deal guys :p
The Upside
18months, 40lbs lossed, strength and muscle gain. Look Good In Tight Shirts sort of :p
The Downside
Could of Been A Lot more done i guess, considering ive only half dieted my way through it.
This Year
to follow a diet from now till christmas day, everyone has christmas day off :p
then from that day on to new years eve, where i plan on havin a few beers with the girl :p
after that i had planned on starting my first cycle. but i spoke to ma gf and she wants me to discuss it with her before i start anything and i decided to put it off until february.
Next Year
considering my BF is around 20-22% or something, i guess a goal is to get it down to around 14% and lose a solid 14lbs, right now im around 213-214lbs, 200 would be a good start and iff i need to lose more we'll see.
The Diet
1800-2000 cals.
220g Protein/100g Carbs/40g Fat
Iff i Can, SHould be no probs now i got some cash :p
Lifting Goals
i wanna start building my legs more and start to do more compounds, i hardly do squats and deadlifts, but i guess im gonna change that from now on.
i think the last time i squatted it was a ****ty, 60kg :-\, i wanna atleast bump that up conciderably, and bump my bench + deadlift up to.
Current Lifts
Bench - 160kg
Incline Bench - 60kg(i think:p)
Squat - 60kg
Deadlift - 50kg
Shoulder - 110kg
Lats - 150kg(I think)
Bicep Curls - 25-40kg
Dips - 100kg
Tricep Pushdowns - 15-40kg
Body Goals
Current Stats.
Height: 5'11
Weight: 213-214lbs
Chest - 44"
Waist - 36"
Thigh - 23"
Calf - 15"
Biceps - 18"
Obviously im not expecting to gain much on my biceps/thighs really as im dieting until feb. but from feb to may/june, i wanna add some gains on my cycle. which will probably be Test/d-bol/Hgh/Clen - probably not the hgh as its expensive and not sure iff its good to take them on a cycle like that :p ill have ta look into it wont i.

Mon - Chest/tri/Legs
Tue - Off
Wed - Shoulders/Back
Thu - Off
Fri - Arms/Abs
Sat - Off
Sun - Off
do quite a bit of cardio on a tuesday so that sorted, i need to add some cardio into thur/sun, saturday i play football and get nackered :p
Anyway, Iff i do this ill love myself n probably run round the street naked :-o
