My mom gave me a great recipe to make Beef Burgandy. I recommend that for making a huge beef meal with leftovers to last for days. I usually mix in some veggies and make 5-6 qts. worth. Make some rice and put the beef over the rice. It's easy to make, too. Just cut up a few veggies, put in the beef, and some burgandy wine and let it cook for 3.5-4 hours.

I'd be interested. Wouldn't you need some flour though to make it more of a sauce than a thin wine broth? Also, what type of beef are we talking? I would think like shoulder steaks would be good because it's cheap and after stewing for hours the quality of the cut probably becomes irrelevant.
