So i'm going to be in the situation with classes coming up that it would be nice to find a good meal-replacement bar to have in the middle of the day. I'm looking for something balanced with not too much saturated fat or sugars.
Any suggestions? I've looked at Meso-Tech and they look pretty good....
Also, are the "low-net carb" bars bad for a meal? Myoplex makes a bar that's 250 calories, 29g protein, 24g carbs but only 4 "net carbs."

I've found Detour and OneWay bars to be very tastey, and decent nutrition-wise. I just ordered 2 boxes of Kong Bars to try them out ($20 for 36 bars...I couldn't pass that up!)
