View Full Version : If sugar is found naturally in the food, then is it safe to consume in small amounts?
Ex. fruit, evaporated cane juice, etc...
And what about sodium?
Its fine in small amounts.
Im not sure on sodium. My rule of thumb. Don't eat out of the salt shaker;)

Not too sure, i personnaly go by: Simple carbs/sugars - First thing in the morning, pre/post workout and as a booster while bulking...... i think its ok for all of them (as well as healthy wellbeing) but i'm sure i'll be corrected if i'm wrong :)
