I am trying to change my diet and one of the things i have seen a lot on this site is natural peanut butter. I am wondering what the difference is between natural peanut butter and regular peanut butter(like JIF or something)???

The ingredients in natty pb are simply "peanuts". Normal pb they will add oil (e.g. palm oil) as a stabliser (natty pb will have a layer of oil on top, which can simply be stirred in) and salt and sugar for taste, neither of which are desirable.
Yup to everything gimp said.
"Standard" PB is made w/hydrogenated oils. Hydrogenated oils means trans fat. Trans fat is bad for you. Very bad for you.
Try to avoid foods made with hydrogenated oils.

Yep, me too. It's good stuff. I think I will have to find some of the natural stuff though, but I can't find it here

you can find it at ANY grocery store. A million different companys make it too. Just look harder
Where are you from?
I haven't seen a single tub of it in New Zealand.
