Rammstein, Disturbed, Drowning Pool. I don't really listen to music when I workout but when I did those 3 got me real pumped up.

I always listen to hardcore rap, like 50 cent and eminem, that gets me really pumped up, well more pumped to fight then workout, but still it gets me pumped

pre workout= lil jon, ludacris, dmx and things like that
post workout, al green, marvin gaye, something nice and mellow to lm me down
