Does it matter in terms of digestion if i eat oatmeal cooked or uncooked?

Cuz usually what i do in the mornings is throw a cup of milk, 1/2 cup oatmeal and protein powder into a blender, blend it up, then drink it straight down.

So would it be bad for digestion if i drank it down in little pieces rather than chewing it up and all?

I don't think it would make a difference.

Cooked oats digest faster but this doesn't make a significant difference.

A number of factors can influence how rapidly a food is digested. The amounts of fats and protein, the amount and type of fibers, how fast you eat, and even whether the carbohydrates are eaten raw or cooked. It's a fact.Cooking makes a food more digestible.
