I post some new pictures in my journal so I thought I should put them in here as well. No pump in any of these.

The new side / old side are about 2 months apart. The MM shot makes me look like my traps are uneven but they are both equally huge, I just have trouble flexing them evenly when i am posing for the camera.

I think i was just slouching more in this pic. My posture is always really bad... its kind of a throwback from a back problem I had when i was younger.

Thanks, traps are probably my best feature as they are huge and I hardly work them.

maybe work on shoulders and back width for a while....how are the wheels coming?

were the same height, although I think our metabolisms are different.

Moose!! I would love to work on the wheels bro!!! However I have a possibly torn lateral meniscis (sp?) and can't lift legs or cardio till I get an MRI and probably surgery. Shoulders are getting pretty strong and are actually groing a bit. They and my back have always been week but are what I'm working to build now. I replied to your post in my journal. I need help with more back exercises.

P.S. my metabolism is slower than all hell.

hope they can fix that for ya, and quicker the better man. If your back is a bit weak due to this, then skip what I posted in your journal for biceps as cheating methods requires a stable core, and you dont wanna tweak your back if your working on a torn lateral meniscis thingy...I got something else for ya that you may not have tried instead that I will post in your journal.

Unfortunatly due to some insurance issues I may be out of comission legs wise for a while. In the meantime i'm gonna build my upper body as much as I can and when I can do legs again I will hit them hard.
