yep most of the top powerlifters and bodybuilders are northern or eastern europeans. they just have the proper genetics to get huge...look at the likes of pudzianowski, magnus samuelsson, svend carlsson. viking power or whatever.

anyone know if these guys are doping? does Met-Rx test for doping in these events or no? these guys are definitely on something

I really like Mariuz cause he's cut up pretty good too, most of those guys carry so much fat. He's got a web site somewhere with his routine and diet on it (or he used to) just brutal.

I think its the diet. Eauropean foods are generally better quality, especdially ukraine, romania etc. The food is fresh, unlike north american food, so its better quality. I prefer eauropean food to north american any day. I still miss my grandma's cooking from russia.

They may be fresh, thats because they can't afford frezzers.
The food maybe fresh but east gemrna soil in places has got very high levels of toxins etc as they have less laws governing pollution etc.
You can get fresh food in north america your just have to pay more for it as the top resturants are not going to be using IQF when they cook up meals.
People just have to be more selctecie and not go for conivence when buying food.

They could.....all the chemicals and stuff. Ok i'm joking, but there is a reason why fat people have fat kids, the enviorment kids are raised in. My idea just came out wrong, sorry. Their enviorment is based around cleaner food, thats where i was going at.
