My first question is about ETS. I have been reading a lot on people who are benefitting from taking ETS and was wondering something. I am thinking about trying this supplement out. I know people are saying that their DOMS are reduced if not nonexistent since taking it, but does overtraining still come into play or can a person push themselves harder at the gym?
I was also curious as whether or not the verdict came out on the supplement "X" that atlargenutrition was trying out.

i guess i have been. I remember reading a thread recently about what supplements people were taking and i saw supplement "X", but i had never checked the date to see how old the thread was.
Imma try to find that thread again, cause i think i remember someone saying that they were taking ets and supplement "x" in there.

you can overtrain on steroids... it doesnt matter what you supplement with, certain things just help

So does ets help with overtraining? Would it be possible push oneself harder or is it not recommended?

My personal experience is that it allows me to train more often. In other words, yes, it helps to reduce overtraining with increased frequency and/or volume.
Please give the product a try, I am VERY confident you will be providing us a testimonial once you have.

chris, I will get the product, but i'm also contemplating over getting the opticean as well. I have another thread asking about why some people in this forum take mrps AND protein powder. If you can read that thread and explain that to me, I will know what products I will be ordering from you immediately. BTW, is there any way to get the shipment in quicker?

A MRP will contain carbs, vitamins, and minerals as well as protein. They will have more calories per serving but that is pirmarily due to larger serving sizes.
The MRP can be used to augment your total caloric intake (and function more like a whole food) while the protein only powder will solely increase your consumption of protein.
You will be fine using one or the other of the protein products.
If you wish to pay extra to have the products shipped more quickly you are welcome to PM me. Be warned that the cost will be significantly higher than standard shipping.

Chris is right, it really is common sense. MRP's have more calories, contain vitamins and minerals, usually have more protein per serving than a whey or soy shake, and are incredibly useful when try to up your daily caloric intake resulting from the simple fact that its much easier to drink calories than it is to eat them.
Why take both? Because MRP's are DAMN expensive to take. Relying on only MRP's for your protein intake would become very expensive. Also, maybe someone doesn't want to take in so many calories every couple of hours, but would like to take some lean protein (in comes the protein shake) and a serving of fruit. However, later in the day someone wants to boost their caloric intake, they take the MRP for another 400 calories, it has the lean protein mixed in already, and there you have it. Protein is only protein. MRP's are simply liquid, lean meals.
