IMO you need more carbs. Go for 1-1.5xBW Protein, 30% fat, and the rest from carbs.

If you can't get down the cals with foods like tuna and chicken, try morre calroie dense foods like lean cuts of beef, peanut butter, etc.

went aganist my ortho orders and did some work with free weights. Felt good to feel the iron in my hands again compared to those damn machines.
