does anyone know a good low cal or at least low carb subsitute for flour.
I was also wondering if there was any way to turn some of the following ingredients into a form of flour, oatbran, flax seed meal, wheat bran, nuts choped up into powder. I have heard of some recipies that are somehow able to do this.

you could try the atkins bake mix

atkins bake mix is actually a pretty decent substitute. it won't give you the exact same consistency or taste, but some things like pancakes and waffles are pretty close.

Carbs are good for you, why not just use whole wheat flour?

what are you trying to make that needs flour?
perhaps if we knew that we could steer you to an alternate recipe?
