im currently going to be running (as of tomorro) 4 ad for two weeks prior to two weeks of M1T
the 4 AD is transdermal spray made by ergopharm
40mg per spray
240cc in the bottle
suggested use says 8-12 sprays once or twice a day
i need to kno since id like to make it last 4 weeks
how many mg's should i be using per day?
and how many times per day?

not to sound rude but........aww hell, isnt that covered somewhere in the sticky?

you gotta plan that stuff out bro. if your asking about dosages the day before you cycle something, that frankly shows lack of planning.

and you gotta plan more than the drug itself, you gotta plan for food. and side affects. and food.

today was the HOPEFUL start date
didnt happen
