I want to know how drinking and drug use will effect working out.
Im talking about 18-24 beers once maybe 2 times a week
Also smoking pot a lot and occasional cocaine and extacy use as well not maybe once a week.

The beer will prevent any kind of fat loss as well as slow protein synthesis.
Cocaine on the other hand, that effects your hormones alot so I'm sure the side effects would be something like lowered testosterone, and maybe some others. But with lowered testosterone effects alot of things, how quick you build muscle, how fast you lose fat..etc..etc..
Extacy...I have no clue how this effects your body but I know it isn't good and there are plenty of people who have died off it from just one dose..
My suggestions, lose the drugs & alcohol and stick with MJ. Out of all these, MJ is probably the best of the bad things for you.

Drinking is terrible for a builder, thats why I'm off it for good now. Whenever i get thirsty I just drink water, which is infinitely better. Isn't it obvious coccaine and pill popping are going to be very bad for you?

I think if you need to ask about cocaine and extacy, you shouldn't be a member of this board.

Though if you must drink, I'd recommend only on Fri/Sat nights, and in moderation. Also try to drink red wine instead of beer, its much better for you. I've now been sober since March now, and I've never felt better. I also think regular ecstacy use can shrink muscle, I'm not too sure about that one.
