Unless you're doing gear or have a really fast metabolism, 6000 cals will most likely lead to get fat, no matter if they come from clean foods or not

Why are you avoiding fat?

I'm not avoiding fats. What I was trying to get at is that I'd like 6000+ cal's and not do it thru 500-1000 grams of fat. Obviously no one here eats that much, or I'd get some feedback on what you eat if in fact you eat that much. If you don't have an answere what's wrong with I don't have one and leave it at that instead of going in circles with a bunch of horses--t

Canadian crippler thanks for your help. I'll do just that

throw in a buncha sweet potatos, oatmeal, brown rice, veggies, and fruits for carbs....

throw in some lean meats for your proteins

add in your essential fats in the form of fish oil caps/pb/olive oil (as much as you would like) heh.... and you are set

ya I was browsing a few forums and saw her post that diet... not to bad why not try it out... theres really no need to follow someone elses diet outline, just choose the foods you want to eat (for me would be the best tasting at the cheapest I can find) so I stick to oatmeal, chicken breasts, peanut butter mostly then just fit them into your daily totals.

Check that out. Not saying you should do it, but I don't know why you're so scared of fat.

I'm not scared of fat. I'm cutting right now from 277 lbs to 230 lbs. Today I weigh 242 lbs. Yes baby only 12 to go before I eat my ass off. Had liposuction done on the 9th of this month for the love handles. Can't train for a month but still dieting. Only lost 2.5 lbs from the lipo.

Maybe I'm afraid of fat as a 47 lb cut is a lot. 20 I could do standing on my head. 47??????????

Congrats on the cut so far, and I'm sure you will succeed in losing those last 12 lbs.

That being said, FAT DOES NOT MAKE YOU FAT. Maybe you already know this, but from your posts it doesn't seem like you're willing to acknowledge it. As that thread I linked demonstrates, dietary fat is very important in bodybuilding. Overall calories are what is going to determine how much fat you put on.
