Is it crucial to keep on your bulking diet on days you don't lift? Would it be smart to lower carbs or something since you're not working out, or should you keep on the same diet.......
leave it the same. The only difference i have is no workout shake.

Leave it the same. You grow on the days you rest, so nutrition is just as important on rest days as the days you lift. You'll also be refilling glycogen stores with the extra carbs.

if you don't eat, wouldn't it defeat the point of the bulk, arent you trying to have excessive calories?
