no problem. As you probably saw they also have any other joint product you may need.

My experience with msm? Not too sure. I just started taking it a few weeks ago. 1500 mg a day. I'am allergic to glucosamine because it's made from shell fish so I thought it would be a good alternative. msm is natural sulfur found in a lot of foods before processing. Unless you get food that are basically organic msm can be washed away. Hopefully soon i'll notice a difference from it. If not I migh bump up 500mg or so. Right now i'am taking msm from natrol. I get a vitacost mag and I saw the msm there after I already bought a bottle.
