waynis, could be cuz its a concentrate and has more lactose in it.
if ur having gas/stomach issues switch to a different brand or go to isolate or blend.

trying to up protein too fast will give you the hershey squirts. remember to keep fiber intake good. I shoot for 25g a day, which is 5g more than the US RDA. You can easily work up to 45g a day without problems..just take it slow. Too much fiber at once...well...it creates its own problems too ;)

Well i'am not taking it. I was just curious. I've thought about buying this stuff cause it's cheap but not sure if it's worth it. You say concentrate has more lactose in it? I didn't think about that. I take optimum nutrition at 5lbs for 32 bucks. NOt bad. Digestion is easy with it. Doesn't taste bad. Thanks for comment.

could be the lactose snowster. I think i'am going to get all the whey isolate when I run out of optimum. the isolate has very little lactose. Should absorb better without any stomach irritation.
